Project ALERT Project ALERT is a twelve-lesson program targeting youth ages 11-14. It is designed to prevent or curb drug use initiation and the transition to regular use. Project ALERT focuses on the substances adolescents use first and most widely: alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, & inhalants.  The curriculum targets the causes of drug abuse among teens and also promotes personal development using a "hands-on" and interactive teaching approach. Project ALERT is the most extensively evaluated program of its kind. This is a twelve week, one hour per week course and there is no fee. Our facilitators will come to your school or organization to work with your school age children ages 11-14. |
